摘要 固有免疫主要由吞噬细胞和免疫分子组成,在机体抵御感染中具有重要作用。任一组成成份的缺陷,均可导致机体对病原体的易感性。近年来,越来越多的固有免疫缺陷病被报道,为促进对该类疾病的认识,本文就此做一综述。 The innate immune system, also known as the first line of defense, is an important subsystem of the overall immune system that comprises the cells and mechanisms that defend the host from infection by other organisms.Deficiency of each con- stituent can lead to the body's susceptibility to pathogens.More and more innate immune deficiency disease has been reported recently.In the article, we reviewed the innate immunity deficiency diseases.
