儿童良性癫痫伴中央颞区棘波共患注意缺陷多动障碍研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 儿童良性癫痫伴中央颞区棘波（benign childhood epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes，BECT）是儿童期常见的年龄依赖性部分性癫痫，在15岁以下癫痫患儿中所占比例为15％～25％，中央颞区棘波放电是脑电图特征性改变。发作间期脑电背景活动正常，至青春期发作可自然消失。之所以称为良性癫痫是因为没有明显的神经功能损害，
