文化产业集聚的空间溢出效应与收敛形态实证研究

An Empirical Analysis on Spatial Spillover Effect and Convergence of Cultural Industries in China

集聚对于提升文化产业的空间溢出效应,实现各区域文化产业协同发展具有重要意义。本文构建以文化产业集聚水平为被解释变量,以城市化经济水平和地方化经济水平为解释变量的分析框架,运用普通面板模型、单区制空间面板模型和两区制空间面板模型,探究文化产业空间溢出效应及其作用机制,并进行收敛性分析。研究表明:(1)全国和东部地区存在着显著的正向空间溢出效应,中部地区存在着负向空间溢出效应,西部地区溢出效应不显著;(2)沿海地区文化产业集聚的溢出效应大于内陆地区,产业集聚程度高的区域对产业集聚程度低的区域的梯度空间溢出效应以扩散效应为主;(3)产业集聚的区域差异存在β收敛趋势,且不存在σ和俱乐部收敛,文化产业空间溢出效应有助于实现区域之间文化产业的协同发展,不是恶性累积循环的发展趋势。

The agglomeration of cultural industry in China will play an important role in increasing the spatial spillover effect of cultural industry, achieving the coordinating development of regional cultural industry. We design an econometric model in which the explained variable is the agglomeration level of the cultural industry, the explanatory variables are urbanization economies and localization economies. Using panel data model, one-regime spatial model and two-regime spatial model, we measured the spatial spillover effect and its mechanism and check its convergence. The regression analysis shows that ： （ 1 ） There is significantly positive spatial spillover effect in China and Eastern China. In central China,the spillover effect is negative,while the spatial spillover effect in Western China is insignificant. （2） The spatial spillover effect will be different between the inland district and the coastal district whose spatial spillover effect is smaller. The spatial spillover effect from high level agglomeration region to tow level agglomeration region is significantly positive. （3） There arel3-convergence in cultural industrial agglomeration without tr-convergence and club convergence, indicating that cultural industrial agglomeration of different districts will converge in the end owing to the positive diffusion effect.
