摘要
目的探讨子痫前期患者血浆网膜素水平的变化及其与脂代谢指标的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测30例正常健康孕妇(A组)、30例轻度子痫前期孕妇(B组)、30例重度子痫前期孕妇(C组)的血浆网膜素水平;同时测定所有受试者的脂代谢生化指标,并进行分析。结果子痫前期孕妇收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均高于正常对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于正常对照组,(F值分别为123.893、74.634、38.84、11.905、62.202、15.806,均P<0.05)。3组孕妇血浆网膜素水平中A组>B组>C组,分别为(400.05±211.90)ng/L、(307.03±230.34)ng/L、(155.84±20.71)ng/L,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(Z值分别为-5.707、-3.859、-2.654,均p<0.05)。血浆网膜素水平与HDL-C呈正相关,与体质量指数(BMI)、SBP呈负相关(r值分别为0.357、-0.714、-0.523,均P<0.05)。经多元逐步回归分析显示,BMI、SBP是影响血浆网膜素水平的重要因素(t值分别为-7.549、-3.211,均P<0.05)。结论子痫前期孕妇存在脂代谢异常,其血浆网膜素水平降低,随着病情加重,其血浆网膜素水平更低。子痫前期的发生、发展可能与血浆网膜素水平降低有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma omentin levels and the relationship between these levels and lipid metabolic indicators in patients with preeclampsia.Methods Plasma omentin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) in 30 cases of normal pregnant women ( group A) , 30 cases of mild preeclampsia ( group B) and 30 cases of severe preeclampsia ( group C) .Meanwhile, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were measured.Results SBP, DBP, TC, TG and LDL-C levels in preeclampsia patients were higher but HDL-C level was lower than those in the control group ( F value was 123.893, 74.634, 38.84, 11.905, 62.202 and 15.806, respectively, all P〈0.05).Plasma omentin levels was highest in group A, followed by group B and group C [(400.05 ±211. 90)ng/L, (307.03 ±230.34)ng/L, (155.84 ±20.71)ng/L], and group comparison was significantly different (Z value was -5.707,-3.859 and -2.654, respectively, all P〈0.05).Omentin level was positively correlated with HDL-C, but negatively correlated with BMI and SBP (r value was 0.357, -0.714 and -0.523, respectively, all P〈0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that BMI and SBP were independent variables influencing omentin (t value was -7.549 and -3.211, respectively, both P 〈0.05). Conclusion Preeclampsia patients are characterized by abnormal lipid metabolism with decreased omentin levels.Plasma omentin levels decline with the severity of the disease.Decreased omentin levels may be involved in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia.
