摘要
目的观察B超、瘦素、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胰岛素抵抗(IR)联合检测对卵巢癌诊断的临床价值。方法采用ELISA法检测卵巢癌组、卵巢良性肿瘤组和正常组血清中瘦素和'VEGF的水平,检测3组空腹胰岛素量和血糖,用稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-瓜)来评估IR。结果与正常组比较,卵巢癌组和卵巢良性肿瘤组血清中瘦素、VEGF水平以及IR检测值差异均具有统计学意义(t值分别为0.041、0.045、0.038;0.032、0.035、0.044),均P<0.05)。卵巢癌组血清中瘦素、VEGF水平以及IR检测水平与卵巢良性肿瘤组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(t值分别为0.039、0.031和0.033),均P<0.05)。B超联合瘦素、VEGF、IR检测比单独检测的灵敏度和特异性高。结论 B超联合瘦素、VEGF、IR检测在诊断卵巢癌中有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the value of B-ultrasound combined with leptin, vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and insulin resistance ( IR) detection in diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods The serum levels of leptin and VEGF were detected by ELISA in ovarian cancer group, ovarian benign tumor group and normal group.Fasting blood glucose ( FBG ) and fasting serum insulin ( FINS ) were measured in three groups, and homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance ( HOMA-IR) index was used to evaluate IR.Results The serum levels of leptin and VEGF and IR in ovarian cancer group and ovarian benign tumor group were significantly different from those in normal group (t value was 0.041, 0.045, 0.038;0.032, 0.035 and 0.044, respectively, all P〈0.05).There were also remarkable differences in levels of leptin,VEGF and IR between ovarian cancer group and ovarian benign tumor group (t value was 0.039, 0.031 and 0.033, respectively, all P〈0.05).B-ultrasound combined with leptin, VEGF and IR detection obtains higher sensitivity and specificity than single detection alone.Conclusion B-ultrasound combined with leptin, VEGF and IR detection has good clinical application value in ovarian cancer diagnosis.
