浙江省农业土壤污染现状及防治的对策建议

Current Status of Agricultural Soil Pollution in Zhejiang Province and Countermeasures and Suggestions for Prevention and Control

土壤污染的防治是国家推进生态文明建设的一项重要内容。浙江地处中国东南沿海,经济发达,虽然政府一直重视对土壤污染的预防和治理,但污染情况仍然较为严重。文章在对浙江省农业土壤污染现状调查的基础上,分析了浙江省在农业土壤污染防治过程中存在的问题,并根据浙江省实际情况,提出了加快立法、建立并共享土壤污染数据库、设立农业土壤环境保护专门机构、推广农业清洁生产技术、加大对污染土壤治理等对策建议。

Soil pollution control is one of the most important tasks in promoting the ecological civilization in China. Zhejiang Province is located in the southeast coastal area of China with economy most developed. Although soil pollution prevention and control is paid great attention in the province, soil pollution is still more serious. In this paper, on the basis of the investigation in the current status of agricultural soil pollution in Zhejiang Province, the problems existing during the pollution prevention and control are analyzed. According to the actual situation of the province, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, including speeding up the legislation of soil pollution prevention, building up and sharing the soil pollution database, establishing specialized agencies for agricultural soil environmental protection, promoting agricultural cleaner production technology, strengthening the efforts to remediate polluted agricultural soils, etc..
