相变蓄热在污泥干化中的应用与经济性分析 被引量:3

摘要 尽管太阳能、污水源热泵等新能源技术在污泥干化中得到广泛研究,但是太阳能不稳定、非连续性的特点限制了其有效利用,污水源热泵的污水换热器堵塞、结构和腐蚀等问题也使得污水源热泵难以实现大规模推广。文章在总结他人工作的基础上,提出一种采用相变蓄热装置的太阳能、污水源热泵组合的新工艺,有效的解决了太阳能不稳定、不连续的缺陷,提高了污水源能源利用效率。根据计算,在不考虑太阳能成本的情况下,该工艺方案能够节约能源费用46.0%,因此该类型相变蓄热装置具有极大的市场应用潜力。 Some new energy technologies for sludge anhydration such as solar energy and sewage-source heat pump are extensively studied. However, the instability and discontinuity of solar energy restrains its effective utilization. Problems existing in the sewage-source heat pumps such as blocking, structure problem and corrosion of sewage heat exchangers also make it difficult for large-scale promotion. In this paper, on the basis of summarization of the works of others, a new technique is proposed by combination of solar energy with phase change thermal storage equipment and sewage-source heat pumps to effectively solve the problems of instability and discontinuity of solar energy and improve the energy utilization rate of sewage source. According to the calculation, without consideration of the cost of solar energy, this technique can save energy cost by 46.0%, indicating that such phase change thermal storage equipment has great market potential.
