摘要
与传统地基遥控相比,天基前向遥控具有更高的覆盖率,通过前向信道复用的分包遥控方式,可以同时对多个用户飞行器进行控制,对需要长时间实施遥控以及多目标同时遥控的航天任务具有优越性。但是,利用中继卫星前向链路和地面IP网共同构建的天基前向遥控链路存在节点多、时延大、可靠性低的问题。通过比较传统遥控和天基前向遥控的特点,针对用户目标轨道覆盖、功率关系、多段数据链路配合、时延及可靠性五个主要的应用问题进行归纳分析,指出天基前向遥控的特点和需要注意的问题,为天基前向遥控的设计及应用提供参考。
Compared with the traditional ground-based telecommand, space-based telecommand is better in coverage. Packet telecommand accomplished by channel multiplexing can operate on multi-target at the same time. Thus the space-based telcommand has the advantage for the missions which need long-time telecommand or multi-target telecommand. However the TDRSS forward telecommand link composed of TDRSS forward link and ground IP network has problems of many nodes, long time delay and poor re- liability. Characteristics of traditional telecommand and TDRSS forward telecommand are compared. And the TDRSS forward tele- command application problems are analyzed, including the orbit coverage, uplink power, cooperation of data link, delay and relia- bility. The characteristics and suggestions on TDRSS forward telecommand are given, which can provide references for the design and application.
