摘要
以磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)为正极活性物质、石墨为负极活性物质,通过端面焊技术制备10 Ah铝壳38120型LiFePO4动力锂离子电池,相比多极耳钢壳电池,铝壳电池具有较小的内阻、良好的倍率循环和低温性能:平均内阻为1.6 mΩ,以10 C在3.65--2.00 V充放电,充电恒流比为93.0%,放电容量保持率为99.2%,循环300次的容量保持率为85.0%;低温-20℃和-35℃的1 C放电容量保持率分别为88.3%和81.9%;可通过QC/T 743安全测试。
38120 type 10 Ah aluminum shell lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4 ) power Li-ion battery was prepared by transverse welding technology, using LiFePO4 as positive active material and graphite as negative active material. Compared with the multipolar ear steel shell battery, aluminum shell battery had smaller internal resistance, better cycle performance and low temperature performance. It had an average internal resistance of 1.6 ml-l, the galvanostatic charge ratio was 93.0%, the discharge capacity retention was 99.2% , the capacity could retain 85.0% after 300th cycle at 10 C (3.65-2. 00 V); the 1 C discharge capacity retention was 88. 3% at -20 ℃ and 81.9% at -35 ℃. The battery could pass the QC/T 743 safety testing.
