对高职院校图书馆的现状进行了研究,分析了高职院校图书馆存在的问题,从合理投资、服务理念、管理能力、激励机制等方面,提出了新阅读时代促进高职院校图书馆发展的对策。

This paper studies the current situation of the library of higher vocational college, analyzes some problems existing in the library of higher vocational college, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of the library of higher vocational college in the new reading times from the aspects of reasonal investment, service concept,management ability, and excitation mecharism, etc.
