摘要
通过分析某高校2013年SCIE收录论文统计数据,在肯定成绩的同时找到了存在的问题和不足,提出在保持论文数量持续增长的同时,应加强论文质量管理。
Through analyzing the 2013 statistical data of SCIE papers of a certain university, this paper affirms the achievements, and finds existing problems and insufficiency,and proposes that while maintaining the continues growth of the number of scientific papers, should strengthen the quality management of the scientific papers.
