This paper expounds the concepts and connotations of biological carbon sequestration of forest trees and grassland vegetations, analyzes the development status of and existing problems in carbon sequestration forest industry of China, and around the current development of and technical difficulties in the carbon sequestration forest in Shanxi Province, puts forward some corresponding technological innovation paths and policy suggestions.
