磁共振扩散峰度成像(DKI)临床研究进展 被引量:37

摘要 扩散峰度成像(diffusion kurtosis imaging,DKI)是一种磁共振扩散成像的新兴技术,是反映生物组织非高斯分布的水分子扩散运动的方法。它是基于扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)技术上的延伸,能够比DTI更加敏感的反应组织微结构的复杂程度。DKI技术最早由纽约大学Jenson教授于2005年提出。
