水泥窑前窑口浇注料用复合减水剂的研究

摘要 在新型干法水泥烧成系统中,窑口用耐火材料的质量直接制约着水泥烧成系统的运转率和水泥熟料的产量。因此,提高新型窑口耐火浇注料的性能就显得十分重要。本文通过试配一种新型窑口耐火浇注料用复合减水剂,来提高前窑口耐火浇注料的性能。研究结果表明:当复合减水剂掺入量在浇注料总量的2‰~3‰范围时,减水效果显著,窑口耐火浇注料的性能也有较大改善,其烘干后的耐压强度也提高20%左右。 In burning system of the new dry cement, the burning systems work ratio and clinkers production were restricted directly by the quality of the refractory for outlet.Therefore, it is very important to improve the performance of new type refractory castable in kiln head.This paper introduces a new kind of refractory castabie with compound water reducing admixture ,to improve the performance of new type refractory castable in kiln head.The result showed that:when the quantity of compound water reducing admixture added for 2%0 -3%0 of the total quantity castable,the water reducing with an impressive effect,the performance of refractory castable in kiln head was much better than before and its compressive strength also increased about 20% after drying.
