摘要
随着激光技术及纳米制备方面技术不断进展,超灵敏分析检测技术也得到了一定程度的发展。表面增强拉曼散射光谱能够在分子水平上有效探究物质结构信息,可以说是一项极具前景的表面光谱技术,目前已经被广泛应用于界面及表面科学,或者是材料甚至生命学科领域中。本文分析了金属镍掺杂改进纳米Ti O2的表面增强拉曼散射性能,提升了纳米Ti O2基底对于吸附分子SERS增强力,并充分改善纳米Ti O2SERE的性能。
With the development of laser technology and nano fabrication technology,the ultra sensitive analysis and detection technology has been developed to a certain extent.Surface enhanced Raman scattering spectra to the molecular level effective inquiry information of material structure,can be said to be a promising technique in the field of surface spectroscopic techniques. It has been widely used in the interface and surface science,or materials and life science field. Modified nano TiO2 surface enhanced Raman scattering properties,enhance the nano TiO2 substrate for adsorption of the SERS enhancement force,and fully improve the performance ofnano TiO2SERE metal Ni doping is analysed in this paper.
