摘要
本文采用OEM和XRD对经过1050℃不同时效时间处理的离心铸造高温合金炉管HP40N进行了分析,分析结果表明:HP40Nb炉管基体组织为奥氏体,析出的主要碳化物为Cr23C6和Nb C。随着时效时间的增加,Cr23C6碳化物析出量明显增加,其形态由骨架状变为网链状。而Nb C碳化物随着时效时间的增加其析出量和形态几乎不发生变化。
This article uses the OEM and XR_D to different ageing time after 1050℃ process of the cenntrifugaUy casted HP40Nb superalloy pipe are analyzed.The analysis results show that the HP40Nb furnace tube tbr austenitic matrix organization,the precipitation for Cr23C6 carbide and NbC.With the increase of aging time,Cr23C6 carbide precipitation volume increased significantly,its shape from the skeletal into network chains.And NbC carbides precipitate with the increase of aging time its quantity and form almost no change.
