随着科学技术的不断发展,以及城市化进程的加快,建筑房产的交易量也越来越多,房产测绘提供的房产产权确认以及发证服务功能显得尤其重要。本文探究了房产测绘单位在新的时代背景要求下,理清市场的现状以及找出存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方法。
With the rapid development of science and technology, as well as the process of urbanization, the construction of real estate transactions more and more real estate property ownership mapping provides validation and certification services are particularly important. This article explores the real estate mapping unit in the new era request, clarify the market situation as well as to identify problems and suggest solutions.
