摘要
通过对油库罐区接地网形式的分析,阐述了影响接地网接地电阻测量准确性的因素和不准确测量的潜在危害,提出了检测仪表的合理使用和检测中的注意事项及油库接地设计及施工中的改进措施,以确保油库安全运行。
Based on the analysis of the grounding grid of oil tanks area in oil depot,the factors influencing the resistance measuring accuracy of grounding grids in oil depot are discussed,and the potential hazards,the precautions in the measuring process,and the improvement measures in design and construction of grounding grid of oil depot are proposed to ensure the safe operation of oil depot.
