摘要
档案管理是一项关系医院业务管理、科研发展和群众疾病预防等多方面的系统工程。随着现代信息技术的快速发展,医院档案管理面临着挑战与机遇,对档案管理人员的综合素质提出了新的要求,档案管理人员自身建设也成为了主要课题。本文在分析目前医院档案管理人员职业素质现状后,运用扎根理论,提炼出技能、知识、态度、价值观4个解释变量,构建基于网络环境下医院档案管理人员职业素质模型,提出应健全和完善激励和培训机制、加强医院档案管理人员建设、适时建立首席档案管理人员度的建议。
Archives management is a systematic engineering which is related to the business management, scientific research development, the mass disease prevention and so on in the hospital. With the rapid development of modern information technology, the archives management in the hospital was faced with challenge and opportunity, which puts forward new requirements for the comprehensive quality of personnel responsible for archives management whose self-construction has become the main topic. In this paper, after analyzing the present situation of the professional quality status of personnel responsible for archives management in the hospital, we refined the skills, knowledge, attitude and value view of four explanatory variables with grounded theory. The professional quality model of archives management personnel was constructed based on the network environment in the hospital. This paper suggests that incentive and training mechanism should be improved and perfected, construction of archives management personnel in the hospital should be strengthened and the lead archives management personnel were recommended being timely established.
