2005年-2014年产妇传染性疾病谱分析

Analysis on the Infectious Disease Spectrum of Puerpera from 2005 to 2014

目的调查产妇合并传染性疾病的分布情况和流行特征,为妇幼保健工作提供参考依据。方法对某大型综合医院2005年-2014年十年间的产妇合并传染病进行调查分析。结果在32728例产妇中,发现合并传染病750例,患病率2.3%,前五位传染性疾病分别为乙型肝炎、梅毒、风疹病毒感染、霉菌性阴道炎和尖锐湿疣,占传染病总数的71.6%,其中风疹病毒感染呈下降趋势,各种传染病在不同年龄段之间差别无统计学意义。结论产妇传染病的防治重点是乙型肝炎、梅毒、霉菌性阴道炎和尖锐湿疣,且各年龄段要同等重视。

Objective To investigate the distribution status and epidemiological characteristics of puerpera with infectious diseases, so as to provide reference for the maternal and child health care. Methods All of the puerpera with infectious diseases from 2005 to 2014 in our hospital were investigated and analyzed. Results There were 750 cases with infectious diseases among 32728 puerpera, the prevalence rate was 2. 3%, and the top five infectious diseases were hepatitis B, syphilis, rubella virus infection, colpitis mycotica and condyloma acuminatum, which accounted for 71.6% of total infectious diseases, while rubella virus infection was in decline, there was no significance within each age groups for all infectious diseases. Conclusions The emphasis infectious diseases prevention among the puerpera were hepatitis B, syphilis, colpitis mycotica and condyloma acuminatum, and the same attention should be paid to all ages periods.
