摘要
荆江自古以来边界条件复杂,水患频发,是长江黄金水道重点整治河段之一。在三峡水库蓄水后,该河段受清水下泄影响,河床将发生更为敏感的冲淤变化,给航道整治带来了新的问题,使治理难度增大。围绕长江黄金水道建设,在全面调查分析三峡水库蓄水运行前后荆江河段水沙条件的变化情况,以及荆江河段各主要航道已建整治工程的损毁、运行情况的基础上,总结出新水沙条件下,荆江河段不同类型整治建筑物的损毁影响因素及其损毁原因。为进一步研究新水沙条件下荆江河段航道整治建筑物的稳定性与整治效果提供参考依据,为保障长江干线航道的通航水深、改善航行条件奠定理论基础。
From ancient, Jing River, a key-regulated channel segment for its complex boundary conditions, fre- quent floods. After the impounding of the Three Gorges Reservoir, river bed scouring and silting variation will be more sensitive because of water discharging, which will bring new problems to the waterway regulation and increase the difficulty of governance. Around the Yangtze River golden waterway construction, the damage factors and rea- sons of different types of regulation structures were summarized based on surveying comprehensively the variation of incoming water and silt in Jing River before and after the impoundment of Three Gorges Reservoir, and the damage and running of the built regulation engineering from the main channels in Jing River were summarized. Evidently the article provided reference to further study what new water and silt condition affected the regulation effect, and provided basis for ensuring navigable depth of the Yangtze River and improving the navigation conditions.
