摘要
本文对史上最严的新《环保法》及重新修订的GB 4287-2012进行解读并评述。
The features of dyeing waste water from a dyeing plant introduced, as well as the design and running of the renovation project with EBIS process for the waste water treatment. The data of daily operation showed that the process had a higher COD removal, lower energy costs, and it was running stable and manage easily. It is confirmed that EBIS process has obvious advantages on treatment of dyeing wastewater.
