S Zorb过滤器是装置中的重要设备,用于反应产物与吸附剂的分离,过滤器正常运行是减少催化剂损耗的保证。通过分析反应器顶部过滤器的结构特点、过滤器的过滤及反吹原理,阐述了过滤器初次使用时滤饼的建立原理。结合陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司永坪炼油厂S Zorb装置反应器过滤器初次使用时的操作,介绍了滤饼的建立过程。反吹以后过滤器压差比原压差小,且反吹前后压差相减几乎为定值时,过滤器的滤饼才完全建立。

Filter is the important equipment for gas-solid separation in S Zorb unit, whose normal operation has provided a good insurance for reducing catalyst loss. Through analysis of structural characteristics of the filter at the top of reactor and principles of filtration and back flushing, the principles of filter cake establishment in the initial operation of filter are described. The process of filter cake establishment is discussed based upon the initial operation of filter in S Zorb unit of Yongping Refinery. The differential pressure of filter is lower than the original after back flushing, and filter cake can be completely established only when the delta differential pressure before and after back flushing is a nearly fixed value. The permanent filter cake establish- ment generally requires about 3 - 4 months.
