摘要
肝癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,建立动物肝癌模型为阐明机制提供理论基础.与移植模型、细胞模型相比,诱发性大鼠肝癌模型接近于人肝癌的发病过程,更适合于对于药物机制的研究,其中solt farber模型具有造模时间短、动物死亡率低、方法灵活等优势.对诱发性大鼠肝癌模型的研究进展进行综述.
Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the common tumors , but the mechanism of liver cancer has not been fully elucidated .Establishing an animal model of liver cancer can pro-vide theoretical foundation for clarifying the mechanism of liver cancer .Comparing with transplantation model and cell model , chemically induced hepatocellular carcinoma rats mod-el is similar to the pathogenesis of human hepatocellular carcinoma , which fits the study of drug mechanisms more .among them the solt farber model has the advantages of short-time, low animal mortality and flexible approach .This paper discussed the progress of rat -in-duced liver cancer model .
