miRNA-31、转录因子C/EBP-β与子宫内膜容受性的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 子宫内膜容受性是决定胚胎成功着床的重要因素。临床上常通过对子宫内膜容受性的评估判断胚胎最佳着床期,从而提高辅助生殖技术的成功率。对人类来说,胚胎在多种细胞因子、生长因子及黏附分子等调控下完成其在子宫内膜的定位、黏附及植入过程。许多因子在子宫内膜的胚胎植入窗期出现,其中部分因子与子宫内膜容受性密切相关,而被提议作为监测子宫内膜容受性的分子标记物。本文将对目前评估子宫内膜容受性的两种最新手段,即测定血清 miRNA-31(miR-31)或测定子宫内膜转录因子 C /EBP-β(CCAAT 增强子结合蛋白β)的研究进展进行综述。
