术前化疗在肾母细胞瘤治疗中的应用及价值 被引量：4

摘要 肾母细胞瘤（Wilms’tumor）又称肾胚胎瘤，或Wilms瘤，是儿童常见的恶性实体肿瘤之一，约占儿童肿瘤的6％-7％。随着对该肿瘤治疗方法的不断改进，其5年存活率已从不到30％提高到90％以上。成为现代综合治疗效果最佳的肿瘤之一，其满意的疗效主要归功于Ⅲ至Ⅴ期病例治疗效果的逐步提高。
