山西某肿瘤医院卫生技术人员数量预测研究

Study on the prediction of health technical personnel for a tumor hospital in Shanxi

目的预测2015—2019年山西某肿瘤医院卫生技术人员数,为医院卫生技术人员规划提供参考。方法利用山西某肿瘤医院2005—2014在岗人员信息建立灰色预测模型GM(1,1),并对2015—2019年数据进行预测。结果山西某肿瘤医院卫生技术人员预测模型函数为Yt=17 045.885 3e0.0523t-16 143.885 3,模型等级为优秀,根据模型函数进行预测计算,2015—2019年医院卫生技术人员数分别为1 465、1 544、1 627、1 714、1 807人。结论 GM(1,1)模型拟合山西某肿瘤医院卫生技术人员数据可靠,可用于短期预测。

Objective Forecast health technical personnel in 2015--2019 years for Shanxi tumor hospital, to provide a reference for the hospital.Methods Using the post information of 2005--2014,we established gray prediction model in the study, and pre- diction.Results The model for predicting health technician is Yt=17 045.885 3ea0.0523t-16 143.885 3,according to the model.The number of health technicians in 2015--2019 were 1 465,1 544,1 627,1 714,1 807.Conclusion GM （1,1） model is fitting for a tumor hospital in Shanxi for a health technician forecasting in the short-term.
