茵栀黄口服液联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的分析茵栀黄口服液联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月—2014年12月收治的黄疸患儿150例,随机分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组采取苯巴比妥片5 mg/(kg·d),分3次口服,观察组采取茵栀黄口服液(1/3支/次,3次/d)联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散(1/2袋/次,3次/d)对患儿进行治疗。两组均治疗5 d。比较两组疗效、胆红素水平及不良反应。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果对照组总有效率为52.0%,观察组为96.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.734,P<0.05)。治疗后第3、5天对照组胆红素水平分别为(231.5±30.05)、(140.62±29.32)μmol/L,观察组分别为(195.5±32.11)、(120.11±25.25)μmol/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=7.089、4.590,均P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为2.7%,观察组为2.7%。结论茵栀黄口服液联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗新生儿黄疸,效果好,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the chnical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable pow- der in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 150 patients with jaundice were treated as the observation group and 75 cases were randomly selected as the control group from July 2013 to December 2014.Phenobarbital treatment were adopted in the control group,the observation group adopted Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined Bifidobacterium triple viable powder.The efficacy, bilirubin level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Measurement data using t test,count data using chi square test,P〈0.05 means the difference was statistically significant.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 52.0%,the observation group was 96.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Day 3 and 5 after the treatment,the level of bilirubin of control group were （231.5 ± 30.05）,（140.62± 29.32）μmol/L, the observation group were （195.5 ±32.11）, （120.11 ± 25.25）μmol/L, the differences were statistically significant（t=7.089,4.590,all P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction was 2.7% in the observation group and 2.7% in the control group.Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria powder were used in the treatment of neonatal jaundice with good effect,high safety.h is worth in the clinical application.
