试析免费中职师范生教育实践课程体系的构建——以电气技术教育专业为例

摘要 围绕电气技术教育专业免费中职师范生培养方案,将"学术性"的专业教育、"职业性"的技能训练和"师范性"的教师基本素质养成教育紧密结合、相互衔接、融为一体,构建立体多维、全程介入、知情兼顾、崇尚实践的电气技术教育专业免费中职师范生实践教学体系。电气技术教育专业免费中职师范生实践课程体系主要包括学术性实践模块、职业性实践模块(维修电工)和师范性实践模块等三个模块。采用基于"完整工作过程一体化"教学,按工作过程组织设计,以完整工作过程为纽带,以岗位任务为中心,以"怎样做"和"怎样做得更好"为主要内容组织课程,实现免费中职师范生"双师型一体化"教师的培养目标。 For electrical technology education major, free secondary vocational students" training scheme, the "academic" professional education, "occupational skills training" and "normal" teachers" basic quality cultivation education are combined to be in harmony with each other to build three-dimensional or multi-dimensional systems with full involvement of all these, which also pays attention to knowledge and advocates the practice of electrical technology education professional free secondary vocational students practice teaching system. Free secondary vocational students practice course system of electrical technology education mainly includes the academic module, professional practice module (maintenance electrician) and normal practice module. Based on the working process of the "complete integration" teaching and the working process of the organizational design, it uses complete working process as the link, post task as the center, and "how to do" and "how to do better" as the main course content, so as to realize "double type" teachers" training goal.
