摘要
目前,职业生涯教育在我国尚处于起步阶段。通过对日本职业生涯课程的理论基础、课程开发、具体应用方面进行阐述,分析日本系统培养学生职业观、价值观的职业生涯教育课程体系,以期为我国的职业生涯教育提供借鉴。
Career Planning Education is on the startup development, and application of career planning course cultivates students＂ career views and value philosophy, so phrase in China. The paper introduces the theoretical basis, course in Japan, and analyzes how Japanese career education course system as to provide examples for Chinese career planning education.
