以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院土建类专业五大能力培养的研究与实践为例,分析了"五大能力"的内涵特征,提出了五大能力培养的方法与策略,创建了五大能力培养模式,旨在增强学生的就业能力和可持续发展能力,为提升高职土建类专业人才培养质量提供可资借鉴的经验和做法。

In the case of the research and practice on ＂five professional competences cultivating＂ of civil engineering in Shanxi Railway Institute, the article proposes the connotation definition, approach and strategy of ＂five professional eompetences＂ and creates the ＂five professional eompetences cultivating pattern＂. It demonstrates the importance of the cultivating pattern to enhance the employment ability and sustainability of students. Accordingly, the research and practice testifies the effectiveness of the pattern to improve the education quality.
