摘要 职业能力培养是高职院校的人才培养目标之一,其人才培养虽日益得到企业认可,但依然存在较大差距。在国家骨干高职院校重点建设专业软件技术专业学生培养过程中,尝试将多途径项目化教学与社会服务实践相融合,进行包括课堂教学、实训教学、社会服务项目、企业项目、外包项目、竞赛项目在内的项目化教学模式实践,综合考虑目标、过程、应用、评估等方面,并与社会服务实践进行融合,为达成社会服务能力建设、高职院校人才培养目标进行了有益的探索。从就业反馈来看,学生的职业能力与素养获得较大提高,认可度高于传统的理论与实操教学,职业技能培养效果较好。 Vocational ability training is one of the goals of higher vocational colleges, which is recognized by the enterprises, but still there is a big gap. In the process of training students for software technology specialty in national key vocational colleges, the integration of multi way project teaching and social service practices is made, and some project teaching modes of practice like classroom teaching, practical teaching and social service project, enterprise project, project outsourcing, competition project are attempted , which consider many aspects such as the target, process, application, evaluation. And exploration is made to achieve social service ability, objectives of higher vocational colleges personnel training. Employment feedback from the point of view shows that the students' professional ability and quality has improved, and the acceptance is higher than that of the traditional theory and practical teaching. Vocational skills training has produced good effect.
