美国佐治亚胜任型教学框架内容及应用效果评析

摘要 2005年,美国佐治亚州教育部、评议委员会和专业标准委员会开始采用佐治亚胜任型教学框架作为教师教育项目的教学标准参照。该框架针对教师职前教育的教学标准,囊括了知识、技术、性情、理解力以及其他方面的能力属性,供学生和教师对教学实习进行评价和分析。生涯与技术教育部门将胜任型教学框架融入职前教师教育课程中,产生了积极的影响。了解佐治亚州胜任型教学框架的内容和应用效果,对我国职教师资的培养有重要意义。 The Georgia Department of Education,Board of Regents and Georgia Professional Standards Commission have adopted the Georgia Framework for Accomplished Teaching as teaching standards of teacher education program in 2005. Georgia Framework for Accomplished Teaching is teaching standards for pre-service teacher education, which includes the knowledge, skills, dispositions, understandings, and other attributes of accomplished teaching, and provides a structure through which novices and their mentors are able to assess and analyze teaching practice. Career and technical education department applied Georgia Framework for Accomplished Teaching to the curriculum of pre-service teacher education, which has produced positive effect. It's meaningful for our national vocational teachers' preparation to learn about the content and impact of the Georgia Framework for Accomplished Teaching.
