摘要 一种基于CAN总线的智能电动窗群控系统,采用带CAN控制器的STM32微处理器和通用CAN隔离收发器CTM8251T的设计方案,实现了电动窗地群控,同时,简化了外围电路地设计,提高了系统的电气隔离、抗电磁干扰性能,增加了系统的自动热关断和高压瞬态保护功能;通过Wi-Fi模块的组网,扩展了系统的CAN总线型拓扑结构,增大了系统的网络覆盖范围;L298N和LMD18200电机驱动器的使用,使得系统能够控制不同类型和大小的电动窗;当接收到风雨感、烟感信号时,能实现窗户的自动控制;设计了一种窗控节点之间的应答机制,提高了系统通信的可靠性与稳定性。对不同类型电动窗的群控,提高了电动窗的动作效率和智能化,减少了人力消耗,为我们的生活带来方便。 To achieve the group control of electric windows, simplify the design of the external circuit, improve the system' s performance of electrical isolation and anti- electromagnetic interference and prevent the system' s damage from overheating and transient high voltage, Smart power window group control system based on CAN bus, use a designing plan of the STM32 microcontroller with CAN controller and common CAN-isolated transceivers CTM8251T. And via using Wi-Fi network module, the CAN bus topology of the system is extended and network coverage of the system is increased. Then, the system can control the different types and sizes of power windows by using L298N and LMD18200 motor drives. In addition, when receiving the signal that wind and rain sensor or smoke sensor sends, it can achieve automatic control for the windows. The response mechanism between a window control node improve the reliability and stability of the system of communication. As for electric windows, Group Controlling can improve operational efficiency and intelligent of electric window, reduce human consumption, bring convenience to our lives.
