摘要 目的研究汉语普通话唐氏综合症儿童的韵母语音清晰度特征。方法采用跟读的方式评估25例11岁学龄唐氏综合症儿童韵母语音清晰度,评估材料选用刘巧云、严舒编制的语音评估材料《唱歌篇》。结果①唐氏综合症儿童字清晰度为87.79%,句清晰度为68.00%。②不同开头元音韵母的句清晰度之间有极显著性差异(F=7.459,P=0.000)。③不同结构韵母的句清晰度之间有极显著性差异(F=4.835,P=0.004)。结论唐氏综合症儿童韵母的语音清晰度受韵母开头元音及韵母结构的影响,为其制订语言康复计划时应考虑儿童韵母习得的难易顺序并确定儿童当前的语音优先训练项。 Objective To study the characteristics of speech intelligibility of vowels in native Chinese speakers with Down syndrome. Methods Twenty-five children with Down syndrome were selected as the subjects. They listened and repeated an article selected from the speech assessment materials. The speech intelligibility of vowels was tested for these children. Results (1)The word intelligibility of children with Down syndrome was 87.79% and sentence intelligibility was 68.00%. (2)The were significant differences in the speech intelligibility among syllables beginning with different vowels(F=7.459,P=0.000). (3)There were significant differences in the speech intelligibility among syllables with different structures of vowels(F=4.835,P=0.004). Conclusion The speech intelligibility of children with Down syndrome is influenced by the beginning vowels and structure of vowels. When developing speech rehabilitation plan for children with Down syndrome, it is proposed to consider the order of vowel acquisition and set the priorities in the speech training.
