摘要 针对新颁布的IEC TS 62749《公用电网电能质量限值及其评估方法》标准,结合作者5年来参与标准制定的经历,分析了该标准制定的主要原则,探析了其指标、限值及评估方法规定所考虑的主要因素、争论点以及与我国现有国家标准的差异点,有助于读者更好地理解与应用该标准。 Combining with the author's experiences for drafting IEC TS 62749:2015: Assessment of power quality -Characteristics of electricity supplied by public networks, it analyzed the principles relied on as well as issues and arguments considered by IEC TS 62749 for indices, recommended values and assessment methods stipulation. The differences between Chinese National Standards and IEC TS 62749 were also mentioned. It intends to help readers understand and apply IEC TS 62749 more comprehensively.
