摘要
抽油机工况自适应拖动装置是一种将普通游梁式抽油机转化成智能抽油机的辅助性系统,可使抽油机在最佳状态下运行,在实现柔性启动、衡功率输出的同时基本消除反向发电,大大减轻因电机被负荷拖动而导致的减速箱内部齿轮间背击的冲击强度,在井下工况发生变化时,可自动调整冲次以协调供采平衡关系,追踪动液面至合理的设计值。2013年对工况自适应拖动技术进行了技术推广,现场共应用380套。该装置实际应用结果表明,平均单井功率因数由0.4提高到0.74,平均单井百米吨液节电率达9.2%,有效降低了能耗。平均单井系统效率由26.7%提高到30.9%,平均提高4.2个百分点。但受应用规模限制,目前对该装置在何种机型、电机类型、地层供液条件下应用效果最佳还有待深入研究。
Auto operational adaptive drive system for the oil-pumping unit is a kind of assisted one that changes ordinary beam pumping unit into intelligent one.It can make the oil-pumping unit operate at the best state.Inverted power generation may be removed basically when soft starting and balance power output, which will decrease the impact strength among gears in the reducer resulted from motor drive by load.When working condition changes at the downhole ,the drive system can adjust pumping speed automatically to make supply-production balance and can trace producing fluid level to a reasonable design value.The auto opera- tional adaptive drive system have been popularized since 2013 and 380 sets were applied in the oilfield.Ac- tual results show that energy consumption dropped effectively:average per-well power factor increased from 0.4 to 0.74,average per-well energy-saving rate per-hundred meter and per ton liquid was up to 9.2%.Av- erage per-well system efficiency raised by 4.2 per cent from 26.7% to 30.9%.Since the application scale is limited ,device type ,motor type and formation fluid supply condition should be researched thoroughly as so to achieve the best effect of the drives.
