摘要
上海已通过国家义务教育均衡发展的督导认定,并形成多种促进基础教育均衡发展的模式。本文选择其中的7种模式——即集团化办学、学区化办学、名优师资流动、新优质学校推荐项目、委托管理、名校办分校、大学办附属学校,作为蓝本,着重分析政府、学校、社会在这7种模式中所承担的角色和具体职责,以此透视"政府、学校、社会"三者关系。
Shanghai has been identified as a a city with balanced development in compulsory education by national supervision institution and has formed a variety of models of promoting basic education's balanced development. In this article, seven models will be analyzed, which is collectivization school-running, running school depending on school district, excellent teachers' mobility, New high quality school recommended projects, famous high school running branch school, running university afifliated school, especially the roles and responsibilities which the government, schools and society takes in the seven models are mainly discussed.
