当前,关于新常态的理论研究与现实分析,已由经济领域逐渐拓展至政治、文化、社会、生态等领域。作为上层建筑的高等教育,必然要随之适应发展的新常态。深刻认识新常态下高校师德建设长效机制的重要性和紧迫性,正确理解新常态下高校师德建设的丰富内涵,从完善高校师德规范体系、建立科学合理的奖惩机制、道德情感融入师德建设、利用网络资源构建全方位体系、教师本人形成自觉、高校责任主体形成联动诸方面入手,探索新常态下高校师德建设的路径,构建高校师德建设的长效机制。

Currently, research and reality analysis of new normal has spread from economic field to the fields of politics, culture, society, ecology and so on. Higher education, as superstructure, is necessary to adapt to the developmental New Normal. Deeply realize the importance and emergency of long-term mechanism of teachers' morality construction in universities and colleges under New Normal and properly understand abundant connotation of teachers' morality construction in universities and colleges under New Normal. Structure the long-term mechanism of teachers' morality construction in universities and colleges, starting from many fields such as perfecting the teachers' ethnic standard system of universities and colleges,building up scientific and reasonable reward and punishment mechanism, integrating emotions into construction of teachers' ethnics, utilizing network resources to build up all-around system, teachers themselves becoming conscientious and subjects of responsibility in universities becoming ganged.
