从国内急诊专科护士选拔标准、培训时间及方式、培训内容、培训考核、资格认证进行综述,分析培训过程中存在的问题,结合国外的先进培训经验,期望能对我国的急诊专科护士培训有所参考。

It reviewed from the selection standard,the training time and way,training content,training check and accreditation of domestic emergency nurse specialist,analyze the problems existing in the training process,combined with foreign advanced training experience,expect to provide the preferences for the training of emergency nurse specialist in China.
