Study on reliability and validity of simplified Chinese version inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire

[目的]研究简体中文版炎症性肠病生存质量量表（IBDQ）的信度及效度,为合理测量炎症性肠病病人的生存质量提供评估工具.[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,选择2012年10月-2014年3月在南通大学附属医院、南通大学第二附属医院门诊或住院就诊并确诊的炎症性肠病病人90例,均第1次采用IBDQ进行调查,以疾病活动度指数作为对病情分期判断的标准.对克罗恩病病人采用简化克罗恩病活动指数（CDAI）进行评估,对溃疡性结肠炎病人采用简化结肠炎活动指数（CAI）评估病情,CDAI或CAI得分〈4分为疾病缓解,对缓解期的病人2周~4周后再次使用IBDQ 进行生存质量调查,得出数据后对该量表的信度及效度进行测量.[结果]简体中文版炎症性肠病生存质量量表的Cronbach’sα为0.986,4个维度Cronbach’sα分别为肠道症状0.968、全身症状0.937、情感功能0.967、社会功能0.954.量表折半系数为0.987,各维度的折半系数分别为肠道症状0.977、全身症状0.910、情感功能0.973、社会功能0.927.量表ICC系数分别为肠道症状0.982、全身症状0.967、情感功能0.991、社会功能0.978.IBOQ的内容效度采用Person相关分析显示,内容效度较好（P〈0.05）.IBDQ可以较好区分疾病的活动期和缓解期,区分度良好.[结论]简体中文版炎症性肠病生存质量量表信度及效度良好,能敏感区分疾病的活动期和缓解期,适用于炎症性肠病病人生存质量的调查.

Objective:To study the reliability and validity of simplified Chinese version of inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire(IBDQ),and provide assessment tool for reasonable measurement of quality of life of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:By convenience sampling method,a total of 90 cases of inflammatory bowel disease patients who were diagnosed in outpatient clinic or hospitalization department in affiliated hospital of Nantong university and second affiliated hospital of Nantong university from October 2012 to 2014March were selected.All the patients used IBDQ to investigate for the first time,with disease activity index was taken as the disease staging criteria.The patients with Crohn's disease were evaluated by using simplified Crohn's disease activity index(CDAI),and the ulcerative colitis patients received a simplified colitis activity index colitis activity index(CAI)to assess the condition.CDAI or Cai<4points for disease remission,and the IBDQ was used again for survey of quality of life of patients in remission period after two weeks to four weeks,then to measure the reliability and validity of the scale after gaining data.Results:In simplified Chinese version of IBDQ,Cronbach's alpha was 0.986,Cronbach's alpha for four dimensions was respectively intestinal symptoms of 0.968,systemic symptom of 0.937,emotional function of 0.967,social function of 0.954.Scale binary coefficient was 0.987,binary coefficients of all dimensions were intestinal symptoms 0.977,systemic symptom0.910,emotional function 0.973 and social function 0.927.The ICC coefficients included intestinal symptoms 0.982,systemic symptom 0.967,emotional function 0.991 and social function 0.978 respectively.IBDQ content validity was better that showed by the Person correlation analysis(P<0.05).IBDQ can distinguish the activity Period and remission period and the discrimination was better.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of simplified Chinese version of IBDQ are good,and can sensitively distinguish disease activity and remission period,and is applicable to the survey of inflammatory bowel disease patients' quality of life.
