摘要
患者，女，54岁，柏油样便2天，伴呕血1天。病程中有反酸，胃部烧灼感，无发热，饮食一般，睡眠可，小便正常，体质量无明显减轻。体检：体温36．7℃，脉搏70次／fnjn，呼吸：19次／min，血压110／76mmHg。神志清楚，贫血貌，全身皮肤黏膜无黄染。
