摘要
对国内首次设计的DC120/180-Y型游车升沉补偿装置液气系统的主要特点进行了简要论述,分析总结了其设计过程中应注意的主要问题,并将其理论计算数据输入仿真软件中进行模拟分析。结果表明:补偿效果完全满足系统设计要求,验证了其理论计算方法的正确性。
The main characters of liquid gas system about DC120/180-Y travel block-based heave compensator which is designed for the first time on domestic are briefly presented.The primal points that should be taken care in the design procedure of it are analyzed and generalized.The theoretical data are inputted into simulation software to make an analog simulation.The simulate results indicate that the final compensating effects totally satisfied the design requirements,and the correctness of the theoretical computational method is proved also.
