弯曲载荷下特殊螺纹油管接头应力有限元分析 被引量:9

摘要 利用Abaqus有限元软件建立了某特殊螺纹油管接头的三维有限元模型,分析了不同弯曲载荷下特殊螺纹油管接头的应力分布情况。结果表明:弯曲载荷对该型特殊螺纹接头的连接强度与密封性有一定的影响,而对连接强度的影响较大,随着弯曲载荷的增大各圈螺纹粘扣可能性就越大;弯曲载荷下密封面处接触应力相对于上扣作用下整体略有下降,受拉伸端台肩处由于存在间隙导致接触应力为零,但密封面处环向路径仍然保持了较高的接触应力。 The stress distribution of premium connection under different bending load is analyzed and Abacus finite element software is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of premium connection.The results showed that Bending loads have a certain impact on the strength of the connection and seal characteristic,but a greater impact on the strength of the connection.With the increase of bending load,the possibility of each ring thread galling is on the rise.The contact stress of the sealing surface under bending load gets less overall than that the given the buckle.The contact stress of stretched side torque shoulder is zero due to a space.But the contact stress of sealing surface on a circular path under bending load is so large that sufficient to ensure the seal.
