自激振荡脉冲射流喷嘴结构优选试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 高压水射流是钻井提速的基本技术手段。自激振荡脉冲射流是一种特殊的高压水射流,因其结构简单、全金属性及充分利用钻井液能量等优点,成为深井、超深井钻井提速研究热点。根据流体网络集中参数理论,设计了室内试验装置和试验方法,对自激振荡脉冲射流元件的结构参数与射流特性进行了室内试验分析。结果表明:流体网络集中参数理论能够很好地描述射流元件的振荡特性;当上下喷嘴直径比为0.75、腔长腔径比为0.80、喷嘴锥角为120°时,自激振荡脉冲射流性能最好。 High pressure water jet is the basic mean for improving the efficiency of drilling.Selfexcited oscillation pulsed jet is a particular kind of high pressure water jet.Because of its simple structure,all-metal property and making full use of the energy of drilling fluid,it provides theory basis for improving the efficiency of deep drilling and ultra-deep drilling.Based on fluid network lumped parameter theory,an indoor test equipment and a test method are designed,and also the structural parameters and jet features of self-excited oscillation pulsed jet components are analyzed.The results show that fluid network lumped parameter theory can describe the oscillation properties of fluidic elements well.When the diameter ratio of the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle is 0.75,the ratio of cavity length and cavity diameter is 0.80 and the conic angle of nozzle is120°,self-excited oscillation pulsed jet has the best performance.
