摘要
随着石油勘探开发重心由内陆向海洋转移,作为海洋勘探开发的关键设备,水下采油树得以迅速发展,越来越多地应用于油气开发。水下采油树出现问题时不能够完成生产,及时发现并解决问题对于油气开发具有非常重要的意义,其测试工作变的越来越重要。在深入研究流花11-1油田水下采油树的基础上,研制了地面测试单元,并开发了其监控系统。结果表明:该地面测试单元能准确测试水下采油树的各种状况,保证了水下采油树运行的安全性,应用效果良好。
With the oil exploration and development focus shifted from inland to the sea,as a key equipment of ocean exploration and development,the subsea tree develops rapidly and is more and more used in oil and gas development.When subsea tree has a problem,the production cannot be completed,to discover and solve the problem has very important significance for oil and gas development,its testing work becomes important increasingly.In this paper,the ground testing unit and its monitoring system are developed based on an in-depth study of the Liuhua 11-1oilfield subsea tree.The results show that the ground testing unit can accurately test various conditions of subsea tree,ensure the subsea tree Security operation,good application results.
