摘要
随着大斜度井、水平井钻井工艺技术的日趋成熟和小井眼技术的应用和发展,受井斜度增加、井壁摩阻大等因素影响,常规钻井中传统的依靠钻柱重力施加钻压的方法已经不能很好地满足施工需要。研制了一种利用高压液流提供轴向振动的井下工具——水力振荡器。对水力振荡器的结构、原理、技术特点、技术参数、性能试验等方面进行了详细阐述,并进行了台架性能试验,表明该产品性能和可靠性达到了设计要求。经现场井段应用验证,该水力振荡器使用效果良好。
The drilling technology of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells has become mature.The traditional method for creating WOB through drillpipe gravity in conventional drilling cannot satisfy the operation requirement.In light of the problem a kind of downhole tool which uses high pressure liquid flow to apply axial vibration.The structure,function,technological parameter,technological parameters and performance testing of Agitator are introduced in detail in this paper.The performance and reliability of the product has reached the design requirement.The verification of its field application in well section shows that the good effect of the Agitator.
