摘要
核电机组用下封头是蒸发器中承压差最大部件,其结构特点决定了其加工难度极大.针对此特点,通过采用合理加工方案,设计专用工装辅具,解决加工时装夹困难及加工效率低的难题,满足加工要求.
Lower head is the max pressure difference part in steam generator of nuclear power plant.Its main structure characteristicslead to difficult machining.According to this characteristic,the adopting of applicate prcessing scheme and the desiving of specified frockclamp work fixture solve the difficult in the machining.
