摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的深入发展和公众对医疗资源需求的逐年上升,门诊预约系统的推广和完善成为医院创新改革的重要内容。结合已有的国内外研究成果以及调研情况,分析了目前门诊预约系统中的科学管理问题,并提出相应对策及建议。
With the public having the urgent needs of healthcare service system, the outpatient appointment sys- tem is helpful to realize the creative resolution of healthcare system. The research of appointment system is reviewed and the management problems are discussed. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
