摘要
本文简要概括了人体内叶酸及维生素B12检测方法的发展历史及现状,结合前人研究对现阶段应用最为广泛的化学发光检测方法着重分析,讨论了叶酸及B12检测试剂盒开发过程中常见的困难点,叶酸和B12检测标准的现状,为临床应用工作的展开提出建议。
In the beginning we made a brief summary of the development history and present situation about the detection of human folic acid and vitanain B12. A further discussion on the chemilumines- cence method based on previous studies is conducted, which is most widely used at the present stage, And then we stated the key points during the R＆D of Folate ＆ B12 detection agents, especially the difficulty in the establishment of standards. Finally we raised some advice to clinical workers.
